Improvisational theatre, or improv, is unscripted and spontaneous—an art form where every scene is created in the moment. It’s a blend of fun, creativity, and teamwork that often leads to laughter without even trying!
✨ Workshop Focus: "Speaking"
Speaking up means many things. It means speaking loud enough to be heard, and it means saying the things you need others to hear. It means saying the thing you need to say for your own sake, whether you'll be heard or not. We'll be doing a fun combination of all these things! If you've ever been told to speak up and be louder, but nobody's told you how to actually train yourself to project, this one's for you. If you've ever wanted to say something but didn't, this one's for you. And, if you love clear characters and scenes where you know EXACTLY what's going on, this one's certainly for you. They have led global workshops on diversity and accessibility and currently serve as Head of PR for Impro Neuf. As the Diversity and Inclusiveness Lead for Oslo Impro Festival 2025, they are working to make the festival a welcoming space for all performers.
