For Ä lage gode scener og virkeligheter er det viktig at alle pÄ scenen forstÄr hva som foregÄr. Dette krever tÄlmodighet. I denne workshopen skal vi utforske hvor lite som skal til fÞr man har masse materiale Ä lage gode scener av. Og hvor god tid man har pÄ scena til grave seg dypere om man bare er tÄlmodig og tilstede.


Workshopen er basert pÄ Dave Razowsky improfilosofi med innslag av Annoyance og Mick Napiers

About main facilitator

Liv GrĂžthe

Image removed. Liv GrĂžthe is a dynamic improviser who commands the Oslo stage with a bold presence and a commitment to creating excellent shows. A founding member of Egg Squish It! and one-half of Livikki, she infuses every performance with creative energy and a deadpan wit that sets her apart.
After serving as PR Manager for Impro Neuf in 2024 and coordinating members' workshops for over two years, Liv now takes on the role of Leader and Artistic Director for 2025. Her vision is to elevate show quality, spark innovative projects, and expand volunteer involvement, ensuring Impro Neuf remains an energetic, inclusive, and sustainable community.

She uses her education in directing and teaching theatre to enhnace the workshop experience.
With a Master’s degree in History from the University of Oslo—specializing in polar history and the history of science—Liv blends academic insight with fearless creativity to shape a fresh, compelling chapter in Oslo improv.
