🎉 Want to learn the exciting world of improv? Here’s your chance! 🎉

Improvisational theatre, or improv, is unscripted and spontaneous—an art form where every scene is created in the moment. It’s a blend of fun, creativity, and teamwork that often leads to laughter without even trying!

✨ Workshop Focus

This semester, we focus on elevating our shows and ourselves to the next level.

This week, Naya will share what she learned in Bala's workshop "9 emotions" during OIF. She will try to fit 8 hours of learning in just 2!

Go beyond the basic emotions—mad, sad, glad and afraid - and discover the ancient Indian system of Navarasas (Nava=9, Rasas= emotional states) Learn to embody emotions like heroism, wonder, peace and compassion to bring depth and richness to your performances.

Perfect for improvisers with some experience who want to expand their emotional range and stage presence.

Bala is a South Indian artist and co-founder of The Adamant Eves, India’s first all-women improv group. She combines traditional Indian arts, mythology, and meditation to create powerful, unique performances.

The focus is on creating a fun, supportive environment where Improv-nerds can participate and enjoy.
