Workshop topic
Turn your quirkiest hobby into an epic anime adventure on stage.
What you’ll explore
Turn poker, frisbee or Jenga into the beginning of a hero’s journey. Explore dynamic group work, character development, bite-sized storytelling, over-the-top reactions and dramatic action sequences.
Then create a show together: an improvised story in which a little hero faces one opponent after another on the road to becoming a champion. No knowledge of Japanese anime is required, though fans may find plenty to play with.
Includes a showcase in the first show on Saturday.
