🎉 Want to learn the exciting world of improv? Here’s your chance! 🎉

Improvisational theatre, or improv, is unscripted and spontaneous—an art form where every scene is created in the moment. It’s a blend of fun, creativity, and teamwork that often leads to laughter without even trying!

This open-level workshop focuses on Improv Fundamentals. Whether you're a beginner or want to revisit the basics, this session is perfect for everyone. The instructor will guide you through the essential building blocks of improv, helping you gain confidence, improve spontaneity, and unleash your creativity.

✨ Workshop Focus

The focus is on creating a fun, supportive environment where everyone can participate and enjoy. Whether you're completely new to improv or just want to try something different, this is the perfect place to start!

Not every great moment needs words. Sometimes, the most powerful things happen in the quiet.

This workshop explores how pausing, listening, and saying less can create stronger connections and deeper understanding. Through simple, engaging exercises, you’ll discover how silence can bring confidence, clarity, and a new way of being present in the moment.

No experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

💡 Meet the Facilitators

🔥 Meet Julie—one of the most beloved members of our community. As a founding member of The Clap and Destiny, and a cherished member of The Sound of Neuf, she’s a familiar face at our shows and a true inspiration to us all. Julie lights up the stage with her fearless creativity and infectious energy, whether she’s performing in our regular weekly shows or dazzling audiences at international festivals like the Oslo Impro Festival.

Her versatility is evident in everything she does—from her captivating one-woman dinner theater performance in Dubai to her collaborative work with The Clap, a close-knit 12-person team. With The Sound of Neuf, her knack for improvised singing even spills over into her classroom, where she surprises and delights her elementary students with spontaneous tunes.

Offstage, Julie remains refreshingly modest and shy, letting her work speak for itself. Here at Impro Neuf, her rich life experiences and undeniable passion make her a true community treasure.

🔥 Meet Cole Grabinsky—originally from Vancouver, Canada—who is a vibrant force on stage and a genuinely warm presence offstage. With a natural love for performance that began with choir singing, Cole delights audiences with his jolly humor, sharp wit, and dynamic energy. Whether he’s lighting up a show with The Clap or sharing spontaneous moments with fellow performers, his creative spark is undeniable.

In Oslo, Cole continues to nurture his passion for music by singing in a local choir, adding another layer to his artistic expression. Known for his thoughtful, engaging nature and clever insights, Cole isn’t just a performer—he’s the kind of person who makes every gathering more enjoyable and every performance unforgettable.

Both Cole and Julie practice the Power of Silence while performing together with their improv team, The Clap.
