Membership
From our members, we collect names, addresses, and email addresses. These details are the basis for reporting the number of members to receive public funding for the operation of the association. Additionally, we need contact information of members to offer adequate services and information related to the membership. When joining the association, members consent to each specific area where the association uses personal data, such as member magazines, newsletters, invitations to events, etc. Upon termination of membership, your personal data is deleted.
You can send us emails, but remember that all organizations are vulnerable to data theft. Therefore, you should not send sensitive content by email. If we receive such an email, we process it according to its content and delete it immediately.

Registration for Workshops and Events
Through our website and newsletter, it is possible to sign up for courses. In connection with this, we collect information such as name and contact details, as well as allergies and needs for accommodation.
